Metal Key Chains

Comes in three flavors - Five enameled trinkets on one key chain in SLP-ENT and Ear versions and a two-sided raised-relief silver metal larynx. Sizes are approximately 3/4" for the trinkets and 1 1/2" for the raised-relief larynx
